By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service listed below though if need be these can be adjusted- No refunds!!
- Please be clear and polite when messaging as I have communication difficulties.
- Clear and readable reference sheets must be provided (if this is not Possible describe the character clearly)
- I have every right to decline or cancel a commission for any reasons.
- My prices are negotiable to a degree, however it depends.
- You must state if your commission will be used solely for personal use or if they intend to use it com and potentially profit off of my work. If you intend to use my work commercially you will be inquired about an additional fee for its use.
- Commissions that have a deadline will have an extra fee (“rush” fee).Process
- You the commissioner must state your ideas clearly or provide a sketch of what you want in terms of colour and poses (even stick men will do). If this isn’t possible let me know asap.
- Optionally you can provide a Pinterest board and colour pallets to convey your ideas.
- You the client must send payment after the first clean sketch is sent.Copyright / Usage policyI, the artist hold every right to the produced artwork, not the client.Therefore I am allowed to use the artwork to:
- Promote myself
- Display or show it anywhere to my liking
- Post it where ever I want.The client is allowed to do the following:
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise
- Print the artwork, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Share the artwork on their own social Media platforms and or use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright Infringement:- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without (the artist’s) consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price. With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork, Change it to your liking, promote your own brand with proper credit given.You agree you have read, understood, and agree to these terms of service 😌
